Historically we have not advertised or focused on sales and marketing, but instead we have worked on a referral-only basis from our customers. This way we have always ensured that we have found ourselves in mutually beneficial partnerships. It’s great to be able to say that we genuinely like and enjoy working with all the customers we have, and our biggest customers have been with us right from the start.
Although we are UK-based we have worked with businesses and organisations in USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Spain. Our goal is to make each customer feel as if they are our only customer, and for this reason we limit the number of new clients we take on each year.

We have been ISO 9001 certified for over 10 years and are currently looking at achieving further accreditations. Kinnersley Software Limited is a Pre-Qualified Supplier to the Utility Sector and can be found on Achilles UVDB.
Our experience
With almost 20 years of developing and supporting web-based solutions, there is not much that we have not seen or experienced in this sector.
Our biggest metric is customer retention. We have managed to retain one of the UK’s larges FT100 companies as a customer for over 17 years, while working for a number of it’s divisions.
Technology used
We prefer to talk solutions rather than technology. However, with the massive leaps and bounds that have been made by Microsoft in robust scalable technology in recent years, we have focused on Microsoft development environments for enterprise use with MS SQL at the centre of most of the systems we develop.
