Referral-only, and proud of it.

Historically we have not focused on sales and marketing, but instead worked on a referral-only basis from our customers. This way we have always ensured we find ourselves in mutually beneficial partnerships — and it's great to be able to say we genuinely like and enjoy working with all the customers we have. Our biggest customers have been with us right from the start.

Although we are UK-based, we have worked with businesses and organisations in the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and Spain. Our goal is to make each customer feel as if they are our only customer — and for that reason we limit the number of new clients we take on each year.

Almost 20 years in the sector

With almost 20 years of developing and supporting web-based solutions, there is not much we have not seen or experienced in this sector. Our biggest metric is customer retention — we have retained one of the UK's largest FTSE 100 companies for over 17 years, working across a number of its divisions.

Solutions first, technology second

We prefer to talk solutions rather than technology. We have built systems using a range of technologies including MS SQL, Python to AWS. Where possible we prefer not to rely on third party dependencies and like to follow the philosophy of form follows function when it comes to the tech stack we use.
